Reflection On A Vast Estate

The vast estate I own now is a result of all my hard work. I some from a very humble background which motivated me to make something out of my life. I am a great believer in saving and investments which helped me to consequently achieve a steady flow of income.
My wife passed away ten years ago. I had to raise our four children on my own and consequently work hard to support them. It was very challenging for me but I had to do all I could to ensure that they grew up in the right path.
After my retirement, I decided that it was time for me to travel the world and enjoy myself as I could now afford it. Life was great and I felt everything was just perfect until one fateful day when I got into a terrible road accident.

I had to begin the process of completing the legal paperwork for estate planning as soon as possible.
I wanted to do it while I was in my right my mind and not when I was bedridden. I had to share my estate equally among all my children while I was still alive. I don 't know much about attorneys, but what I was sure about is that the one I was going to hire had to be knowledgeable and competent.
My wish was to find an attorney with whom I would be free to share my sentiments and one who would advise me thoroughly. I also needed a trustworthy attorney who would ensure that if I ever gave any special instruction as regards to the sharing of my estate, they would be followed to the letter.
I was researching on the internet one morning on the Huffingtonpost when I came across an article titled, "Preserve Your Heritage for You and Your Heirs." The title alone captivated me because I felt that it was talking about me.
I had put in much effort into developing my estate in the way it was. It would be a great shame if my children and grandchildren did not enjoy it and worse still if it ended up in the hands of my relatives or in the state 's
