I will establish and productive relationships with families by supporting each family such as culturally diverse, blended, traditional, single parents, gay, lesbian and kids who are being raised by grandparents. Parents, guardians and children will be accepted and treated as the same. I will provide a judgment free, loving and supportive environment. I will set up dates and times that will be available for the parents and guardians to come in for conference or volunteer. For example, a single parent might not be able to volunteer but can schedule for a conference during the early morning.
I will maintain an open, friendly, and cooperative relationship with each child’s family by asking the parents what they want their child to accomplish during
