Using our awareness and experience working in concert with requirements under Title 23 CFR part 450.316(a)(1)(iii) as directed, LSC will work with the HAKS Team’s Public Relations as well as other affiliated Team Members to research and review public records and documents in support of the Project’s identification and outreach to leading members of the community as well as citizens affected by our Project.

LSC will work collaboratively with team members to create a comprehensive Community Outreach and Communication Plan that engages the community and links residents with opportunities throughout the project. LSC has been responsible for interacting with Client representatives, legislators and agency directors to ensure program issues are discretely resolved, successes are known and daily issues as contractually required are discussed. We also develop and implement Contractor Conferences and events for audiences of various sizes, from thousands of participants down to smaller more discrete executive activities with as little as a dozen attendees. Awareness campaigns will include door to door, national print and electronic media, broadcast faxes, emailing and postal ads. Mediating community meetings and dispute resolution panels have also been a part of the CAP services that the firm offers.

Additionally, LSC will work together with team members to coordinate meeting event activities with contractors, workforce development organizations as well as the area Public Employment Services. LSC welcomes opportunities to work with the team in researching and planning goals applicable to the determination of community outreach, communications, event planning, advertising and execution.
