1. Reading
Practical nurses must be able to read instructions, warnings and implications on the medication packages. Furthermore, they must be able to read and interpret the doctor’s writing, about the patients in their care. In fact, a nurse needs to read technical information to do their job well.
2. Writing
A practical nurse is able to write in a log book, recording details of the patient’s conditions on a daily basis. Moreover, the ability to document an incident report on errors, or accidents that happened during day. Consequently,
