The oil in your car is still being used so it wastes the oil we have left in the world and also you have to spend even more money on gas. Another thing we do is keep the lights on in a room in your house when you’re not even in that room. It uses electricity coming from the power plant, so you spend money on the electricity bill, you might use coal wasting that, and also cause pollution if the power plant uses nonrenewable resources to power it. More things we do is keep the T.V. on when you leave, leaving fans on, not buying energy conserving light bulbs, and standing in front of the open fridge for no reason. We could change those things by doing some simple things you can do to conserve energy. Buying a new car helps, because they can go more miles with less fuel, which causes less pollution and leaves more oil. You should also buy energy conserving light bulbs, because I think they look nice, and also takes some money of the bill and uses less electricity. In Philadelphia they had the best block so they painted all the roofs white which kept their house cooling while their air conditioning was off saving them money and electricity and if you don’t believe me, watch the video “Coolest Block” in Philadelphia on YouTube. There are so many simple things you can do to conserve energy. It can save money, pollution, and electricity doing these simple tasks. There are only good results when you conserve
