This player had a dad that pushed him to the limit and sometimes pushed it too far. He pushed his son and told him that he had to get that record. While on the final drive of his career they were on the three yard line with the quarterback calling the drive. When they hit the three yard line the players were getting all antsy for the record to be broken. When the running back tuned in and said to take a knee and end the game. With the quarterback not wanting to be responsible for the play call he had the running back take the final snap, and he gladly took the knee. His father was livid and yelling at them to run the ball. Yelling for them to run the ball.
This movie showed me that winning isn’t everything, it shows that you need a brothership and stability. With them losing the streak and then bouncing back to still win a title at the end showed how to battle with adversity. This will be a movie that I use for everyday life to remember how to deal with the dreaded word adversity and
