Unit 9 Task E Planning Evaluation (6 Marks)
I believe that planning my website was essential. I used a number of formal and informal techniques. Both having advantages and disadvantages.
In class, we started to use open mind map to analyse the project. A mind map is a diagrammatic representation of varied elements that relate to a particular subject. Mind maps are used for solving problems, for creating to-do-list for, promoting creative ideas, and for discussing different elements of the project planning stage. This made me more organised because I knew the things I would need to add.
Moreover, using open minds meant that I could make use of colours, image, and symbols to organise information in a clear, easy to understand manner.

However, the mind map does not give an accurate presentation of things that should be completed and how long it will take. It is important because I have deadlines and without information how long it will take. This will mean that I might take longer for a particular task, which may mean when it comes to creating the website I will have less time. Especially, by the fact that it is time consuming to ensure the website is appealing. Above all, ensuring it meets the tourists, focus groups and client 's needs.
However, the mind map does divide each task, which makes it easier and less complicated. Overall, this was a flexible method and it isn 't complex to use. Therefore, I would recommend people to use it. This would make you more organised. As it helped me to ensure I complete the tasks before the deadline and include everything recommended in the client brief.
However, one of the weaknesses is that creating a mind map can take a lot of time. Also, it might be difficult for others to understand once you have created a personalised map; it might be difficult for those around you to understand all your ideas and concepts. Other people didn 't really understand. However, this mind map was for me and to show the client my plans. This was

This would ensure that I don 't develop any problems in the later stages.
The improvements I could have made using the mind map is whilst creating the hand drawn design to create it on an A3 paper instead of A4 as it would have appeared to be neater, even though it was a plan. However, now I know what to do next time when I create a plan.
Above all, the improvements I developed is to have a number of copies whether using open mind or hand drawing the design. I ensured I either print or photo copy if it 's hand drawn. As well as, have it saved in different places. This ensured me too not lose any of the tasks the teacher has set. It is important to remember for future purposes to remember I do this if I am creating a plan for a different task.
Furthermore, when I was using open mind I wasn 't able to add tasks and colour at first. However, I developed this basic skill. This made it stand out and appealing. Overall, I did well in the project because of the plan. I was organised and I set deadlines. Even though, I didn 't have the opportunity how long a particular task would

Precision: Again, I will have to tether with precision to not let it hinder my paper. I will tether so that I don’t get too overwhelmed with the information I write down and read. I will also not let the approaching deadline bother me because I have so much information to go through. Technical Reasoning: I will have to intensify my technical reasoning to help me know what information to use and discard. I will intensify it by following the exact format and not letting my precision and sequence get the best of me by sticking to a list or not wanting to discard some…

Lindstrom (2014) states as different stakeholders set different priorities, without an effective communication, projects need much more efforts to avoid failures. Therefore, in this organization, insufficiency in cross-functional communications might result in a longer time to response to the changes regarding the market and client demands or deliver the important message, which reduces the effectiveness. Third, in some cases, projects might suffer from the lack of leaders who can motivate and coordinate the team (Lock, 2007; Meredith and Mantel, 2009). Without the motivation and direction from leaders, the performance of employees might be…

That is the beauty, in my opinion, of research. It is often a jumbled mess that seems out of place; but eventually it will all come together. I learned how important it is to plan well in the future. Dr. Maruf did a very good job of setting deadlines for each of us throughout the semester so that we would meet our goals. Without those deadlines, I do not think that we would have gotten everything accomplished like we did.…

Usually, when I can get my ideas on a draft is a victory. So, in my mind comes a thought, “Job is done.” Writing is a big challenge for me because it is much more complex than speak, I have to face the patience to actually sit down and write, and I have to find a way to make the writing experience to be exiting. Also, English is not my first language, so I generally take long time to find the right words to express myself and I do not have a very large vocabulary. Every time that a have a writing assignment I feel stressed and insecure; however, there is one good thing that I found out on my first English Composition class: on the writing process, you can correct the grammar, the spelling, and the structure, but in regards the expression of the ideas there are no wrong or right. This fact gave me a little bit of encouragement to keep trying.…

My sequence pattern makes it very difficult for me to skip things I am confused by. I feel as though I need to do everything in order, so I don’t like moving on the next step until I have completed the first one. I can definitely forge some of my sequence so I can move on to something else and go back to the problem later. I feel like doing this would help me make better use of my time. My precision pattern often causes me to have more information than I know what to do with.…

This also makes the solution very easy to scale as a company grows. Easy to change. Customizations, workflows and preferences in SaaS CRM solutions are performed through configuration, not coding. Changes are easy as well because the application just needs to be reconfigured whenever business needs or processes change. Despite these attractive benefits, SaaS CRM implementations will deliver limited value if the associated integration issues are not considered and resolved upfront.…
