I was interested in helping other people since I was young. Therefore, I decided to major in nursing to dedicate myself for patients. The opportunity to study at Purdue will help me build a good perspective as a nurse and make a positive result. Through the well-made curriculum of Purdue's nursing program, I will be able to join a research, work with other students, and take one more step in the nursing field. I will be prepared to be a nurse through the program. I will also have a chance to volunteer and develop the community out of the classroom.
I chose nursing for the major because I have been influenced from my mom. She has worked as a head nurse at Sam Sung Hospital for 25 years. I went to daycare located in the hospital, so I naturally
