Exemplification Essay: Why Abortion Is Wrong

Improved Essays
Well after reading an article about abortion I wanted to delineate why it is wrong in my opinion. The murder of life is why I 'm an opponent of abortion. So murder should be punished or in this case prevented from happening by passing a law to make abortion illegal. I think it 's necessary to protect those who can not protect them selfs, the unborn babies. Now this is my opinion. Yes I 'm a Christian, I personally do not be move God is thrilled to know the the gift he gave us of creating life is being potentially thwarted. I already know most atheists reading this are going to now take everything I have stated as not worry of debate because I brought my 'deity ' into this post. I also know a lot of the non-believers think almost all us Christians …show more content…
Do you agree with the murder of a human with a disability? Do you agree with the murder of a cute dog? Do you agree with murdering someone who is innocent because it was convenient instead of admitting you were wrong about accused and you would have to reopen the investigation and just cause more work for your department. I hope you would disagree with all of these different types examples that I asked if it was ok to murder there 's organisms. Ok so we established that even non-believers can have a moral compass and can dictate right from wrong with general common sense. Good, I knew you all could. So the pro choice people say that abortion is about allowing women to choose what they want to do with there bodies, it should be a right. Women shouldn 't have to go through labor if they don 't want to because it 's an agonizing process and no one should be forced to have to deal with it. Alright so let me try to dive into this. In the cases where the woman wants an abortion because it was an unwanted pregnancy by consensual sex I think that is a very poor reason to punish a potential future member of …show more content…
I pray for those who have aborted a child and even though you have done something terrible God still loves you. He loves all of us despite our race, sexual orientation or choosing to follow something else that is not him he still loves everyone infinitely. He loved us so much he chose send his son on earth to die for us so that we might one day be able to enter the kingdom of heaven with him. He loves us so much he allows us to choose to follow him or not too. He even loves the troubled Christian cursing his name because of something that occurred to their life 's. No one can be forced to convert or should try to convert people they have to want to accept Jesus in their life 's on their own accord. Now I know that on de I post this that people will refute my opinions and that 's ok. I just hope I might of been able to open some eyes and hearts. I 'm not trying to condemn anyone. I am a sinner and I 'm not any better than the next

When a woman becomes cognizant of their pregnancy, there are two choices available to her; keeping the fetus or aborting the fetus. I think the latter option is absurd. Why hurt yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally to get rid of a life inside of you? It makes no sense. Also, have you seen an abortion performed?…

Rob Moll, stated, “Whatever the medical decisions made, and under any circumstance, we can express our faith in God, our love for one another, our hope in the resurrection, while having done this will have been faithful, in the eyes of the believer, God, and neighbor”. Yet, the writer states that it is a traumatic experience to witness counseling sessions that suggest to a female who was raped by a stranger and become impregnated to keep the baby and/or not abort. Well, the writer can say, that some Christians will say, “Thou Shall not Kill”.…

Most will argue the point made above that abortion is brutal, morally wrong, and against God’s will. Many will agree with that and many will not. I, however, agree with both. Reading this may be confusing and you might ask yourself, “what does she mean by this?”, Let me explain myself. Abortion to myself is a hard subject to talk about because in my opinion a baby is a baby from when it 's heart forms to when it 's born.…

Things become more complicated when pro-life supporters bring up religion to backup their opinions in this matter. I have seen many who don’t have a clear understanding of abortion and what it entails, and use religion support their stand. In this country, religion is very diverse, and most believes that the termination of pregnancy is a sin and is not acceptable in our society. Responsibility is a crucial factor when it comes to defending pregnancy. Pro-life supporters think that if someone chooses to have intercourse, they should bear responsibility and deal with the consequences of their acts.…

The killing of embryos is simply genocide, unnervingly similar to Hitler’s murder of the Jewish people during World War II (Dudley). Humanitarian and moral standards forbid this killing of innocent human life. For Christians and other religious peoples, teachings of the Bible provide clear evidence against the murder of embryos in embryonic stem cell research. Throughout the entire religious writing, there is no lesson that shows that God would approve of the death of embryos, or children, for the purpose of curing disease. God is always shown protecting children, not sacrificing them (“What is the Christian View”).…

Abortion has been a great topic of debate for many years, both in terms of law/rights and in morality/religion. The constant debate has split people into two sides: Pro-Choice and Pro-Life. Those who are Pro-Choice believe that women have a right to decide the fate of their body, health, and life. They personally may not get an abortion, but they feel that it is still the right of the mother to choose. Abortion prevents unsafe pregnancies, protects women 's right to choose, liberates women from patriarchal control over women 's sexual and reproductive lives, and allows the mother to choose whether, when, and how often to have a child.…

Abortion has been one of the main topics in America to produce a plethora of controversy, marking the collision of two values: pro-life and pro-choice. While we know that each side produces a wide variety of points as to why each group believes what they do, we still must be omniscient about the life of the child. Someone who is pro-choice would argue that the woman has the right to her own body and what happens to it; however, taking the side of pro-choice disregards the child’s life. This seems like complete balderdash to me, almost to be noted ignorant. Abortion is wrong to me because it is considered murder, it causes psychological and emotional trauma to the mother, and it teaches people to ignore responsibility.…
