Essay On Walmart Observation

On the above date I was conducting a business check of Walmart.

While conducting the business check, I was alerted by Walmart LP Officer, Marion Edwards, that a White male subject was opening packages and concealing items.

I proceeded into the vestibule, located next to the grocery entrance, where I made contact with the male subject, later identified as Clifford William Tyler Morris. Edwards, along with several Walmart managers positively identified the subject as the person who was opening and concealing items. Furthermore, the empty packages were also located by Edwards.

The subject was detained in handcuffs and brought into the Walmart LP room. I viewed the video surveillance and confirmed Edwards statement of what occurred. Post Miranda
