Sierra Back My dream job would be to help animals and ultimately save the lives of animals, which would be done as a Veterinarian. There are many characteristics that I attain that would make me fit for this job and I can accurately explain how and why they are important to be a veterinarian. A veterinarian is a person who is qualified to perform procedures on animals that are injured or sick. I would like to be a small animal veterinarian which means I would work with cats, dogs and other small domesticated animals such as rabbits and hamsters. To be dedicated means you are devoted to a purpose or task and you have loyalty behind what you do. Dedication is something you must have to be a veterinarian because people and animals are depending on you for immediate care and without dedication you wouldn’t be focused on your main goals, to protect and help. Education is something that is obviously needed for this job because you must require a bachelor’s degree and then attend a veterinary school of medicine with is another four years on average. This allows you to learn every aspect of the job and how to properly administer medicine to animals which is the job itself.
