The career that I am pursuing is a veterinarian. A veterinarian’s job is to protect animals and bring them back to health. They focus on progressing medical treatments and knowledge on animals. The career allows veterinarians to discover new information on animals which could benefit the animals, even humans. The career is diverse, allowing veterinarians to focus on different species. Veterinarians can pursue several fields of study such as farm animals, marine, domesticated animals, wildlife, etc.
The degree that I plan to obtain is a masters in veterinary medicine. The school that I plan to continue my education to achieve my goal is Cornell University. The requirements to attend to Veterinary school in Cornell is meeting the academic requirements
