Verizon Communications Incorporated (Verizon, The company) is a public limited company that works towards providing wired/wireless telecommunication services, web programs and internet applications.
Being a major corporation that competes in the telecommunications market, government regulations must be implemented, practiced and followed to protect consumer rights and the industry itself. These policies allow Verizon to work towards a new and improved wireless network for present and upcoming generations. Certain improvements include transferring data with lower lag periods and faster, unbeatable speeds in the United States where Verizon mainly operates.

In the telecommunications industry, value and a sense of appreciation for stakeholders directly impacts how successful and widespread Verizon will be. The initiative to address these expectations optimizes their customer satisfaction through the uses of their technology and through the incentives of their CSR.
Verizon’s corporate culture places a lot of emphasis on customer support. Customer satisfaction is arguably Verizon’s primary achievement for recognition. To address this, they motivate employees to perform their highest quality work. For instance, a healthy work life balance is one of the most important considerations for individuals seeking employment. Verizon recognizes this by providing the option of alternative workweek schedules this, in turn, reduces worker turnover and provides incentive for employees to stay.
Verizon’s primary products and services are radio frequency transmissions and wireless network communications. To ensure the best quality, Verizon’s engineers build and maintain it’s various networks, thus offering one of the best streaming experiences within the telecommunications industry.
