A vegan diet is the best diet to follow because it delivers positive physical benefits. According to Meenakshi Nagdeve, “A vegan diet aids in maintaining the acid-base ratio, which is also a significant factor for bone health” (Organic Facts par. 8). Bone health is vital to the longevity of life because they are a key part to everyday living. Once bones are destroyed, it is hard to cure them completely, which can cause for a difficult and painful daily way of life. A person's physical activity depends on the strength and capability of the bones that reside inside of them. It is also possible to consume plenty of protein and healthy fats that provide the body with energy, meanwhile not contaminating the body with inflammatory and unhealthy chemicals.
