In addition, to individuals having a difficult time to make changes, clinicians, general practitioners, working with diabetic clients also finds it challenging to convey their message. Diabetes, is based on the quality and quantity of food consumption and medication adherence is dependent upon the clients’ self-care behaviors, therefore clients are encouraged to make lifestyle
