This term we have focused on the game of touch football. Our class have been learning about the process and effects of training and exercise you need to prepare for the game. The class has been doing physical lessons to see what our fitness components are like with doing fitness testing like the beep test and so on. To play touch football you must use your aerobic and anaerobic system which aerobic system is a way of exercise where your body has enough oxygen therefor the aerobic system helps the game as hen on the field playing you need enough oxygen to go through the two twenty minute halves. ATP system is a big component, it depends on 3 things: Duration, intensity and aerobic fitness. Anaerobic and Aerobic are also big components though the game is more of a aerobic fitness. For the training you use a lot of Anaerobic to preform at a better level for the game. So although for the game you need a good aerobic energy you need more aerobic. For the game the other energy system you need is the Lactic Acid System. This system plays a crucial role in generating energy as you run which you need for the game of touch
