Dr. Spencer Kagan supports this method of learning and states, “we believe strongly that we should teach students by matching our instruction to their strengths…by teaching using a wide range of structures that engage the full spectrum of intelligences, students come to appreciate their own unique pattern of intelligences and that of others (Dr. Spencer Kagan, 2009). This can easily be accomplished through applying various techniques that will engage all students through their preferred learning style. This method will provide them comfort in the areas they are strongest in as well as challenge them in areas of weakness but overall this approach will greatly trump that of the standard traditional lecture
