There have been gang-related homicides, carjacking, burglary, and robbery. It is like the people of Memphis just don't care anymore, like just because you do not have something you can just take it from someone who worked so hard for it and murder them if they don't want to part with it. People in Memphis are running homeless individuals and kids over; they are carelessly shooting houses up shooting and killing sleeping children just because that's their task to join the gang they are interested in joining. They have even started a trend on the expressway were you bump someone's car then once you pull over to get the car insurance information they rob you, something is safe.
On the other hand, Living in the suburbs where a lot different than living in urban neighborhoods. I experienced friendly neighbors that offered anything if I needed it and house warming gifts. That was so out of the ordinary and surprising to me, I had never experienced people so nice, caring, and warm, it was genuine. However, not only did the suburbs have friendly neighbors every night was so quiet that I was paranoid for months. Going from loud music and gunshots late at night to pure quiet every night was an adjustment. It was nice to have a good night sleep without interruptions from commotions
