In this final habit, we read that sometimes it’s okay to relax and take some time for yourself. The author teaches us to care for our body, brain, heart, and soul. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens was a great book that contained a lot of information about how to make your life more bright and successful. Overall, it had a lot of insightful ideas and ways we can become great young
