On the other hand, United Kingdom has a low rate of Sudden Infant Death rate. When I am doing this research , I was really surprised about this information. Why would I be surprise about United Kingdom’s SID rate? Since United States of America is considered as a powerful country with most of everything and resources, why is the rate higher than UK. Does this mean that the United Kingdom healthcare organization tries to do whatever they can to educate most pregnant women about SUdden Infant Death and U.S health care organization doesn’t? According to the statistics on the lullaby trust, “Around 290 babies and toddlers still die every year of SIDS in the UK. Since parents and carers have been following the risk reduction advice first promoted in the early 1990s, the number of infants dying has fallen significantly”.
