The first ride of Star Wars land promises a battle between the First Order and the Resistance. The ride will have a back story from the upcoming Star Wars movie instead of the six previous movies. On the second ride, visitors will be in control Millennium Falcon, a space ship that Hans Solo flies. Stars Wars land will be built in the Big Thunder Ranch area of Disney Land. The other options for Star Wars Land were Tomorrow Land, Mickeys Toontown, and the third theme park area that currently serves as employee parking. I think the rides will be extremely fun and entertaining. I will want to go to Star Wars Land right when it opens because first of all I love star wars it is one of my favorite movies, and I’ve loved Star Wars since I was a kid. Also I would love to see Star Wars come alive and I could be able to go to it. I would like Star Wars Land to have rides that are actually real like roller coasters and not just the fake stuff. It would be cool to have a ride that is like a scene in Return of the Jet eye, the sixth movie of the trilogy where they ride these floating motor cycle things called speeder bikes through the trees and they shoot lasers at the enemy. It would also be cool to have a restaurant that is like the bar scene from the fourth movie of the trilogy called A New Hope, and they could have a band playing there. Overall, I am very excited for the new Star Wars Land.”

At that time I wasn’t past page 11 and it had been that way since you first assigned the assignment but when I picked it back up and continued to read, I couldn’t put it down. I even would take it to work because I never wanted to stop reading it. I remembered the day the book title was due that I hadn’t looked through my choices and picked a book so I decided to google different books that were provided as examples…

The ancient site of Pompeii has not been perfectly preserved like an insect in amber as the general public believes. Not only did the volcanic eruption of 79 AD that buried the city cause damage, but tunneling, robbing, war, natural disasters, excavations, and tourism have since caused a lot of damage to the city. What stands today of Pompeii is ruins of what once was. Thus, building an amusement park near the site could increase safety for visitors, increase revenue for restoration efforts on the actual site, decrease harm from tourists activity, and allow a more obvious glimpse of life in this ancient Roman city.…

The Star Wars movies have connected to me on a personal level from the start. I always felt like I could relate to the characters and the creativity sparked my imagination. With the recent release of Star Wars VII, I could not help but watch the other six movies and fall back in love. It had been years since I had last seen the original trilogy straight through, so while watching I noticed similarities between the Star Wars universe and the universe we live in.…

Walt Disney World Versus Universal Studios Orlando Orlando, Florida is the most popular tourist destination for families and teens seeking theme parks. From the time I was a little girl, the most exciting part of the year was when my mom would reveal our summer trip. It was either Universal and Islands of Adventure or Disney World; and both were equally exciting. Out of the multitude of Orlando theme parks, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World are the two most attended. Although they do have some similarities, such as rides and family friendliness, they are both very different.…
