It is the difference in standard of living between two areas. Example: One area may have access to healthcare, clean water and malls while another area is deprived of that access due to its geographical value and location

It has played a central role in the development of Australia's beach culture and in developing our sense of national identity. The prime location of Hall Street near the beach has helped it develop to be food hub and a growing hub for many industries. The geographical location of Bondi has helped the development of nearby areas in many categories. Hall street’s location near Bondi Beach has advantaged it to develop better with more facilities. The Waverley council has allocated $3 million dollars for the development and up gradation of streets which includes Hall Street. $1.2 million dollars will be spent for improving the carpark near Bondi Junction which will reduce traffic jams and make it easier for people dining or living on Hall Street to manoeuvre around.
