At this point, I need to decide how to measure the variables. In my research study they are asking how tutoring would improve student’s grades. For instance, one researcher might define good grades as a C or better, while another researcher defines a B+ as a starting point for good. Or perhaps one researcher might only want to use one method of tutoring that they have seen works the best while another researcher may totally be against that idea and likes another method better. The results of this test determined whether or not which tutoring was in effect for the students. The test results happened to show a significant difference between the grades of the students who had self-determined tutoring compared to those who had one-on-one
