Now, you will have 35 minutes to draft and write your application essay.

Stuck on a word? Ask 3 before me. Also use dictionaries
When finish trade and grade. You should have at least two people review your essay. Give your classmates 1 glow and 1 grow based on the rubric.

Step 3: The Interview
Now it’s time to interview!
You will be assigned to a seat in row A or row B. You will take turns being the admissions director and the applicant.
Each student will participate in a total of 4 interviews: 2 as an applicant, and 2 as the admissions director.
When I say “switch”, you will thank the person and we will change positions
Only persons in row B will move one seat down the row.
As you interview, take notes in the appropriate section on your notes
