Soccer is a worldwide sport known everywhere it is the most popular sport in the world . Soccer is a enjoyable game to play and a good aerobic exercise and helps develop balance, agility and many more. The game helps you learn and connect with your team but it sometimes can get rough by getting injured thats why you should always prevent an injury.

The most common injury in the game soccer is Sprains and strains which is known as Acl. This injury is caused to the lower limb it happens if you get a kick to the leg or a twist to the knee or overuse of muscle and It enables people to walk and run. Sprain and strain injury can be directly or indirectly it is direct if your falling or a strong kick to the body which breaks the

The way to heal it is take rest so you can get better also elastic bandages to reduce the swelling. To make the injury get better you have to see the doctor and take medication swelling. To speed up the healing go to the doctor use medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen to reduce pain.There is tips of preventing soccer injuries:
. You have to be aware of the field conditions if it is slippery which is too much water or bad surface.
. Always have a physical examination and follow your doctor recommendations of what to eat and medication to use.
. Always use well fitting cleats shoes and shin guards to prevent falling to the ground and a kick to the leg which will make you injured.
. When you feel something happened to you when you got tackled and your hurt don't continue because you may increase the rate of the injury.
. Avoid staying in the sun where you can get hydrated and burnt.
. Also ask soccer athletes and doctors of how to not get injured.
