This is especially true for the students that live on the outskirts of the school district because they need to put aside more time just in order to get to school, the time that is takes for those that shower and eat breakfast before school must also be incorporated. Receiving the recommended eight to nine hours of sleep per night when you are a busy high school student seems like a dream that could never be real.
