This incident happened in the City of Auburn, County of King, Washington.

On 4-6-2016 at about 1955 hrs I was dispatched to 12704 SE 295th ST for the report of a stolen vehicle. Dispatched advised the reporting party, Ikhra
Mohamed, was 911 to report that her vehicle was stolen and she believed that her brother, Diriye Mohamed, was the likely suspect.

I knew all involved parties as I was recently at the address for a dispute and sighting of a juvenile runaway. During that incident, Ikhra called 911 to reported that Diriye had recently been at her family's residence and was reported to have a warrant or be listed as a runaway. When I arrived at that location Diriye was gone and Ikhra reported he had take her vehicle keys from her hand

Auburn Records entered the vehicle into WACIC/NCIC as stolen.

At about 2154 hours, King County's Guardian One Air Unit contacted the Auburn
Police Department, via dispatch, and advised that they had located a possible stolen vehicle using a Low Jack System. Guardian One advised they had received a hit for WA/AQB2254, which was Isniino's listed stolen vehicle.

Guardian One advised the vehicle was southbound on Auburn Way N in about the
3000 block. I arrived in the area and located the vehicle, which was occupied by one male, later identified as Diriye Mohamed. Along with several other Auburn
Police Units, I stopped the vehicle at 2402 Auburn Way N. A "high risk stop" was conducted and the driver, Diriye, was placed in handcuffs by Officer Lyons.
Officer Lyons advised Diriye of his Miranda Rights, to which he stated that he understood his rights. Diriye did not answer any questions about the vehicle.
Diriye was advised that he was being arrested for Possession of a Stolen
Vehicle. The keys to the vehicle were located in the ignition to the vehicle.

I contacted Isniino and advised her that her vehicle had been located and

    He advised he was lying on the couch in the living room that he showed me watching television. Henline stated all he could remember was he heard loud noises and glass flying around in the living room.
