After reading Chapter 6 of the Wilkinson textbook, who has the greatest applier’s heart you know?
My wife clearly has the greatest applier’s heart of anyone I know. As she studies her Scripture daily, she always tries to build some type of bridge between the content and a practical application. She is continually making notes to herself and writing practical tips or messages, which related to behaviors or real life relevance from her studies. Often she will pull someone aside, show him or her a verse, and explain how it affected her or how the passage can help the other person. Furthermore, when she sees an area that she wants to improve, she tries to change it and asks others how she is doing. Not only does she try to live an applied life, she wants to make sure she is actually doing it.
