In reference to scenario 3, my group partner helped redirect my thinking pattern, after approaching me with his ethical solution for Randall, John, and Ariana. In the event of evaluating the situation, my thoughts were focused on Randall and John, which never included Ariana, this allowed me to realize that in our attempt to be fair and make sound ethical communication decisions, we make mistakes by excluding people, due to their position, sex, or relations in a situation. Nevertheless, my partner, suggested that the ethical solution for this situation would be for John to approach both Randall and Ariana about the situations, which will give them a chance to make a professional ethical decision, since both are aware of the work policy.
