The driving age being raised would leave more adults on the road, meaning less teens on their phones. When a teen driver at age 16 drives they are way more likely to be worried about adjusting the radio or texting back there friends than someone that is 18 or 21. In “The driving age should not be increased” a chief executive officer of the american driver and traffic safety education association says “raising the driving age may reduce the amount of 16 year old drivers killed a year.” (Should) To elaborate Allen Robinson is saying there is a different matter needed to fix the amount of deaths there is every year for teen drivers. As a result of only 16 year old driver deaths would change, many believe teens in general shouldn't be behind the wheel at all. Though it makes a good point, many people's brains haven't even fully developed until 18 to 21. Robert Davis also says “many brain researchers agree… Evidence reveals for example that a 16 year old brain is not completely developed.”(Should Be) Although teens benefit from driving, it's been proven that the age should be
