The word quinceanera has been around for centuries and has been in many different cultures and origins. A quinceanera can prepare a girl for womanhood, so the older women can teach them about the roles they will have to do in the near future. There is a lot of things that have to be done before you can have the quinceanera. These things are decorations, all types of food, clothes made, and dances that have to be learned. There are also certain traditions that you have to include in your quinceanera if you want it to be done right. The first tradition is, you must have a church blessing. The second tradition is, you must have fourteen female and male attendants as escorts that represent the past fourteen years of that girl’s life.
