The debate regarding abortion still remains today due to opposing sides: pro-life vs. pro-choice. Many people around the world have a different view on abortion. There are many people that are pro-life, meaning they oppose abortion and support the idea that women should not be able to terminate their pregnancy. They would say that abortion is equivalent to murder. There are also people who support the idea of pro-choice. Those that are pro-choice think that women should have the choice to have an abortion if they choose to. Abortion is currently legal in all 50 states throughout all nine months of pregnancy. After researching this issue thoroughly, I think that women should be able to decide for themselves whether or not they want to have an abortion.
