• Each lesson to adult learners needs to be short & brief, I've kept my lessons into several small sessions with enough practice time after instruction & demonstration. besides, I do believe the importance of clear instructions, it should be simple & short regardless the level; the teaching points also need to be minimized no matter how intelligent the students are. Effective learning occurs only when students stay focused. 2
• Skills verses competencies: Problem solving, propose solutions with multiple choices then list the positive and negative aspects of each choice. Be self-motivated, self-starting, arrive 15 minutes before the established start time ready to work, don't abuse breaks, eighth hours pay for eight hours of work.
