Kids learn by being with others, they learn by making different choices when they feel like they are in control. Different strategies are used by adults to build relationships and to build environments for kids to feel protected. This is a way to build relationship and kids learn from it. Learning through observations can take place during any stage of life but childhood is the most important time. People learn how to be polite through observation, which continues into adulthood. Learning is tough, but the effort is what counts the most. For some people, it takes while to learn something, but for some it is a fast process. Numerous conflicts during childhood development shape the personality of a person. A childhood event that generated fear could come back to bite in adulthood life. We often do not know what we are doing. We lose control and get confused with what is going on with our heads.
