Being an owner of my own nonprofit organization; I know the importance of working hard for demands maintaining an organization. It is not easy and in fact it is hard but if you believe in your craft it is doable. There is a lot in going to a nonprofit organization, the key word is “nonprofit”; so you would have to go above your jurisdiction of work and raise money for you cause on your own. Depending on your organization you will need three major components to build your nonprofit organization; you will need to raise money and ask for donations for your cause, make sure you are licensed in the state and advertise your organization. Since Stefan Give Backs is part of a business, I personally advertise SGB with my staffing company Stefan Professional Staffing. We raise money by doing fundraisers; our fundraiser raised $800 just in selling candy alone, and an additional $600 in our bake sale in two days. The profits go back into the organization fund to help children who cannot afford school supplies and after school activities. I use my website, brochures and pamphlets. When you go out to present your organization, it is important to be prepared for the questions and you returning answers. This is because people will like to know exactly what you are about as an organization. Dress and be professional and make sure you keep eye contact and be prepared. By keeping the professional attire clients and or customers will take you serious not only as a company but as a person. Go to big places that are similar in the line of work that you do. For example, if your nonprofit organization deals with food, then you go and advertise in Krogers or HEB. However, get permission from the people at the store to get permission to advertise around their brand. Even though, these are big companies they are still about business and may not want anyone else to advertise around their brand or may have a
