What does it feel like when you go to school or to go out? Does it feel like you need to change how you look, act, or feel? I am sure that we have all had that time where we needed to be who we are not. Some people would say that you need to be a conformist to fit in, and some would say that you need to be a nonconformist to fit in. I believe that in today's world it is not a good idea to change feelings, looks, beliefs, or actions to fit in with a group because you can just be who you are.

In “The Pedestrian” leonard and the police car said “What are you doing out?' 'Walking,' said Leonard Mead. 'Walking!' 'Just walking,' he said simply, but his face felt cold. 'Walking, just walking, walking?'”. This shows that even when doing something as simple as walking, Leonard gets questioned for doing something out of the ordinary. Another example is when in the article “The Sociology of Leopard Man” the author says “He lives in solitude.. spends most of his days in a small cabin in the Scottish wilderness.
