Currently there are many children that spend a lot of time in front of the television watching their favorite programs. Most starting during the day and watching until the evening with their parents before going to bed. This type of habit encourages a not healthy couch potato lifestyle for a child. Even young children are too caught up by television, and forget other important activities like going outside to play and run around. Therefore, activities outside their house are shrunken completely and activities such as riding their bikes, playing sports amd among others physical things. The reduction of physical activities of course would increases the chances of getting obese due to lack of burning the calories they take in every day watching television. Physical activities are so important for young children to help them build a fit lifestyle. Without physical exercises, the children do not gain the fitness habit and their development of muscle is very lacking as well as the blood circulation necessary for circulating your oxygen to your whole body.
