The brain receives and interprets information in many different ways for many different situations. In the brain model project, we were shown where the regions of the brain were and what was close to being what the brain was made out of. In the multitasking lab, we learned that is easier to do one thing than to multitask and do two things at once. In the lumbriculus worm lab, we learned that the brain works faster and the heart pumps quicker when the worm is put in a plant extract. In the brain interactive, we learned the parts of the brain and what they do for the rest of the body. In the regions of the brain activity we learned how the different parts of the brain work together to send signals to tell the rest of the body what to do. In the inside info of the brain, we learned how the brain sends signals to activate voluntary and involuntary movements. In the cyborg eye project, we learned how the eye sees something and then how the entire process of seeing in the eye happens then the eye sends signals to the brain to process.

Multitasking challenges our brain function because it tests if our brain is powerful enough to do multiple things at once. The data we took from the assignment proves that none of our class can multitask. Many people found it hard to do the two things we asked them to do, which was to listen to a video and type a fairly long text with the least amount of errors. Then they had to tell us what the video was about. Most people were able to give us a brief description and had some grammar mistakes. Others had almost no grammar mistakes, but it took them a while to type the text, and could tell us about a little of the video. Some took a while to type, had few grammar mistakes and could not tell us anything about the video. This shows that many of the people were much better at doing one thing then trying to do both things as fast as they
