Grief, as I have been shown by Spirit, is energetic. Which means it can move in and out of your physical body and your energetic body, otherwise known as your aura. Grief can become a block and keep you from moving in a forward direction. Forward is where love and the Divine can be seen and felt. Fear, aka Shmego is the complete opposite of love and forward Divine direction.
When grief comes into your life it can take on the tone and energy of fear or of love. This is the how and the why that grief will flow, either in a healthy or unhealthy way.

Fear brings your thoughts to a negative pattern. Guilt, anger, bitterness, judgement or attachment to how or why the grief came into your life becomes your main focus.The outcome then is that the fear blocks the love from allowing your grief to flow.
Intuition can serve you during the grief process. Allowing you to intuitively connect with your grief and how you can allow the pain to serve you rather than to hurt you. While leading you to instinctively know what your body needs to move through the grief.
