1-Build a web-site to market the Medisys’ services, increase sales and customer satisfaction.
2- Produce all deliverables identified by the project’s due date
3-Provide all website design and business functionality requirements
4- Complete the project within budget and schedule
5-Produce abdetailed file with all documents related to project to aid website’s maintenance
2-Project Scope:
-Objectives: HDC is responsible for a four-month project dedicated to design and implement Medisys’s website which also will serve as portal for the operations of Medisys’ paramedic division.
-Project Start and End Dates: February, 2016 to May 2016

The web-site will aid Medisys to consolidate its leadership in both the corporate and occupational health sectors and will strengthen its position as information management company. Medisys needs to increase the number of patients and extend the geographic footprint considering diminishing margins in occupational health. The web-site is important to target a wider segment of customers because most of online health seeker uses web-search to find providers.1 Mobile accessibility is also needed in view of the increasing number of consumers using mobile devices to find healthcare
