I am very upset. No I am Disappointed I never Thought I'd say this but I actually enjoy Reading More than Watching a Movie. So by me saying this means that Something happened inside of me that made me that way, I think I found the love you can say that people have with reading. During the period of time that we read lord of the flies I was not into the book at all I wasn't trying to read it because that book wasn't my thing to read. At first I was reading it to complete the assignments given but as the chapter flew by the book started to grab my attention more and more. Most of the chapters towards the middle left me in suspense wanted to read on but I didn't because I wanted to be where the class was. Therefore I was so annoyed when I watched …show more content…
And Who told Jack about Piggy's Name In the Movie ? No one so how does that make sense. As we Progressed Throughout the Movie and When I noticed the Differences and how the Book was better I just didn't wanted to watch it anymore when I saw the Final difference . The last major Difference I saw from the Book that they Changed about the Movie was the lord of the flies conversations with simon. I felt that in the Book that Scene we read on how Simon Was Slowly going crazy by Talking to the Pig's Head was the meat of it all. It had you Interested on what was going to happen and Why was he talking to the Pig's head specifically. On the other hand In the Movie they Took that Part of the story off and I asked myself why? It was such a great part. I felt that looking at all these Differences the director wanted to Add his Own version of lord of the flies which to me was so boring. I did not enjoy it because the original is always better and in this case it is the book. That is my opinion, the movie sucked, the director should of stayed according to the book and he shouldn't of added the extra scenes that were not in the book and that's

It gave exquisite details on how each individual part happened and how each character responded. Supporting my thesis, the novel was more intriguing than the movie. Each event was described clearly, whereas in the film many were left out or unspoken of. I feel as if the movie focused on just the main parts of the story, but in the book every little obstacle was written out. Therefore, I have given various examples as to why the book was better than the film, along with the major similarities and differences of the…

Why I preferred the book well to start with it gives lots of details instead of the movie. It does actually mean a lot if I like a book because I tend to be very picky about what I read. the book plot, story, theme, everything was so well done and thought out that once you start reading it, it is hard to put it down and stop reading. Reason why it is so hard to stop reading it well every chapter pretty much end with a cliffhanger. Great books like this one are very hard to come by.…

the movie was very odd and I did not like it. In the movie the dog replaced Clover. In the Book the story was told by no one and in the movie it was told by the dog also old major did not die the same in the Book as in the movie. Also in the movie it is rushed and confusing overall I did not like the movie or the Book but the Book was better than the movie. I think that if people only watched the movie and not read the Book they would be confused because in the movie not all the info is there and it's hard to…

Have you ever read an awesome book that was made into a movie, but they left out major plot points from the book? A wrinkle in time was made into a 2018 film by disney. The story is about a girl named meg trying to find her long lost father accompanied by her brother charles and friend calvin . The original book was by madeline l’engle. A book and a movie are so much more different than each other a book has more detail. The text was so much better than the video it is basically comparing a book to the movie made the book has much more detail. Why it is better is you can read your own pace and understand what you are reading than what you are hearing from someone else. It took me about One Hour showing that Al gore didn't describe anything or the story at all.…

Mathurshan Nadarajar Oct.18/17 Lord of the Flies 1963 Film Adaptation vs 1990 Film Adaptation Lord of the Flies, with its important moral, that there is a beast inside everyone, has received two film adaptations; one in 1964 and one in 1990. Although the 1963 film adaptation does not stray away from the original plot, the 1990 film adaptation does a better job at portraying the novel’s moral. For instance, the way in which the characters are represented and develop in the 1990 film adaptation is more closely tied with the story’s main theme of savagery when compared to the 1963 film adaptation. In the 1963 film adaptation, Jack was shown to always have been narcissistic and impulsive.…

The book almost made it feel as I were in it. Thus, just by observing you don’t feel the same type of way when reading the book. Thirdly, the movie just plain out disappointing.
