Establishing healthy eating routine is not as hard as most people make it out to be, eating plant based foods is vital if you are in the market for a healthy and happier you. Foods like; fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains is what's recommended, and food that are highly processed are what you should stay away from. To guarantee that you are getting a rich source of nourishment you should be eating a variety of foods, the more colour the better like, purple, green, yellow, blue, orange, red produce is ideal, the fibrous compounds in produce and whole grains like oats help prevent cancers and other diseases from attacking. Then there are the refined sugars and carbs like, white bread and crackers, pasta, and those snack foods like potato chips, and candies, and of course the sugary drinks like sprite or 7up, that have absolutely no nutritional value and is a waste of calories and stomach space.
