Life changing experiences impact people through their lives and their society as to their decisions. The life changing experiences are stated in “Warriors Don’t Cry” by Melba Pattillo Beals, “I Never Had It Made” by Jackie Robinson, “The Father Of Chinese Aviation” by Rebecca Maskel who is referring to Feng Ru. Melba Pattillo Beals, Jackie Robinson, and Feng Ru all encountered life changing experiences to impact their lives and countries.
Melba Pattillo Beals, an African American, changed education for all races. Melba was part of the Little Rock Nine that segregated to an all white school in Arkansas. When it states “land soil” it means that he was the first to be on top of the ground with his invention. The challenges he faced was that he was forced to move his factory because of the massive earthquake in San Francisco, California. In paragraph six, it states,“San Francisco’s massive earthquake and resulting fire forced him to relocate to Oakland…” This explains that he had a rough time moving his factory to another city. He responded to this event by working hard at any time and then was later becoming successful. In paragraph six, it states, “Jammed into this small space were tools, books, journals, mechanical projects, aircraft parts- and Feng himself, who rarely finished work before 3a.m.” This quote explains the time and dedication he spent for his passion of aircrafts. Feng Ru reacts to the event that impacted his country by making his country have power and prosperity. In paragraph 4, it states,“He was staggered by America’s power and prosperity. He understood that industrialization made the country great, and felt that industrialization could do the same for China.” In conclusion, Feng Ru, the father of chinese aviation, made his country have power through his actions and
