What would parents think if they found there kid failing drivers ed? Would the instructor feel like he is safe with the driver if he is having a C or lower in the class? If we wait to give teenagers there license will it help lower accidents? Would making kids get a higher than a C in the class make them a better driver? If teenagers get a C average or higher it will help the numbers of accidents happening. In the world today the leading cause of death for teenagers is car accidents and could the grade matter in the class affect their driving? In tennessee they have a no pass, no drive rule to where it helps students get more involved into the class so they can pass and be able to drive. If we make them do a program it could possibly make this world less of a danger zone. In these classes we could have them take baby steps, like what to do in a dangerous situation. In today's world a lot of teens don't know everything on what to do if they get pulled over or if they get into an accident and it's very important for them to know what to do. Programs are a big step because schools drivers ed just might not be the best for the student just like eric had a problem learning in the driver's ed class. One program that helps is the teen smart driving program which has been proven for 90% of students have less accidents, and file less insurance claims. This program gets you involved with knowing what is safe and not safe. Another way it helps is that it gets you practice in driving which is what teens need the most.
