Kamehameha ruled over all islands of Hawaii and Barbara Jordan was a Texas Senator, thus becoming the first African-American state senator since 1883 and the first black woman to serve in the position and you have to be persuasive. Second, Kamehameha fought with so many people to rule the whole islands of Hawaii also, Barbara Jordan was a good speaker since when she was in high school and in order to be like that, you need to have confident and they were both confident what they were talking about.
