During my career, I have endeavoured to establish strong relations with other team members. Through my strong interpersonal skills, I have been able to develop positive working relationships with both staff and clients. Through effective verbal, non-verbal and listening skills I have managed to consistently meet expectations and maintain a reputation of excellent customer service.
My interpersonal skills include, but are not limited to:

I teach art to school students on Saturdays where I am required to orally present and instruct to the students and enter into professional dialogue with the parents.
I am well versed in shifting and fine tuning my communication tone and style to suit the audience be it an individual, a small group or a large public gathering.

3. Proven ability to organise administrative tasks, work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.

I have often worked with minimal supervision and know that it is my responsibility to have a good system in place to: monitor tasks, understand timeframes, keep clients/customers informed of progress and delegate work to other team members if required. My self-motivation and enthusiasm have been driving forces behind my success in my career. I am a self-starter with a unique talent for meeting deadlines.

Whether the role is a team leader or a member, teamwork is essential in the complex chain of command involved in any organisation. If one link fails to perform the snowball effect is catastrophic to a deadline. I am an enthusiastic team player who pitches in to ensure common goals are met and strives to contribute to a harmonious, friendly and results-focused team atmosphere at work. I work comfortably with varying ages and having spent time overseas enjoy the interaction with different cultures.

My career has been built on tough, daily deadlines. I work quickly and efficiently without fluster to get the job done and am cool in a crisis. My skills to prioritise tasks were sharply honed in working three jobs while studying full-time. Every day is deadline day for me. I am accustomed to fast-paced, high-pressured positions. I have demonstrated my ability to set priorities deliver qualitative output, prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and provide quality service.
