With regard to Gardener’s multiple intelligence theory, the introduction of all intelligences in the education system is of great advantage to the learners and society at large. As explained by Gardener, “initial ways of intelligence testing are not competent due to their biases to only one type of intelligence” (Gardner 32). Introduction of all intelligences in the education systems will enable individuals get the understanding that everyone has got a mind of their own. Through the introduction of the various intelligences in schools, parent and the teachers will be in a position to understand an individual weak points and strengths through determining a preferred learning method. To start with, students will manage to learn in an environment they are not judged in terms of intelligence (Gardener 59). Through all intelligences every student will be in a position to specify his or her studies according to the intelligence he/she is good in. This system enables the students who perform poorly in academics get other areas which they are best in and are helped to learn and grow along those intelligences. Apart from that, the all intelligence system would enable schools develop various types of intelligences in various students, which would be of help to them in reaching their vocational goals that are in accordance with the intelligence spectrum. According to Gardener, he believes that the development of morality can be achieved through learning a single intelligence. ‘The use of various intelligences would enable the students to grow morals prohibited through various intelligences like the music intelligence’ (Gardener 35). Another benefit of the multiple intelligence, education system is that it enables the students not get evaluated according to the IQ level. Gardener has referred to this as a shallow idea. Therefore, students will have various disciplines to be examined, maybe through observations, student’s portfolio work and other ways. First, ‘the professionals and graduates produced from the schools have got different perspectives and ideologies hence will not compete for a single profession as to students who just use the intrinsic system’ (Howard 46). This system’s does open up many opportunities in the market, hence reducing the unemployment problem faced by the society. Additionally, the system enables the disabled individual in the state understand the other areas they have potential in. This enables them to realize their potentials that enhance them to develop without being a burden to the society. As explained by Gardener the use of this system also enhances development and spread of morals due to the diverse incorporation of intelligences in the state. This results in the peace and corporation and uniform growth of culture and social development. The society will also have a benefit that with the help of the different intelligences, it will be easier to achieve different problems and issues that face the society. These will a peaceful and happy lifestyle in the community with such a great education
