Research Topic
My research topic is the perceived belief of the exposure of indoor tanning.
Research Question
What is the public belief on indoor tanning “tanning beds”?
Literature Review
I will conduct my literature review by using Google Scholar with the convenient find it at FAU availability. Using Google Scholar I do not want to type in the full sentence to search for other research about my topic instead I use key words. The three key words I used to find the four different research journals I found my related to my research were “belief”, “Indoor”, and “tanning”. The use of tanning bed have been around for an extended period of time so there is plenty of different types of research out there. All four of these researches found that young women ranging from the age of 18 – 25 or older use indoor tanning most. One

Proposal
Study design is a cross sectional study because it is one single survey giving at one time. This study will not be causality because I am not using any kind of intervention before my study will be taking place.
My independent variable is the use of tanning bed and my dependent variable is the belief in the harm of tanning
