Knowledge is defined as justified true belief or a thought about the world that you and anybody else can prove that it is correct. Most of the people do not think there is a problem in knowledge. However, for knowledge to be reasonable, …show more content…
Language contributes in the development of scientific ideas. In natural sciences, scientists perform experiments in order to develop theories and models that try to explain how nature behaves. Since theories are difficult to prove to be true, experiments have to be repeated several times in order to get accurate results and hence lead us to the truth. Therefore, language is important while analyzing results in different experiments. Without language, scientists would not have access to previous established theories and would have to start from the beginning, which would lead to a slower progress in science. Also, an important aspect in the natural sciences is the description of objects or pieces of nature, complexity of nature, etc. The lack of scientific language i.e. specific words like halogens, precipitate, would cause a limitation in describing the observations from experiments and would therefore lead to different interpretations from different scientists. Scientists might see the same observations however the lack of scientific language would lead to different …show more content…
Therefore, reasoning can effectively prove mathematical knowledge to be true. Also, language is the most efficient way of acquiring knowledge in natural sciences because without language, natural sciences cannot be explained and described effectively which would lead to different results based on different interpretations and hence, would lead us away from the truth. It is important to consider reason and language is such areas of knowledge I.e mathematics and natural sciences as without them, we would not get certain proofs that would lead us to the
