Technological outcomes are designed to improve the capabilities of people and their day to day experiences. They change the world in that they have both positive and negative impacts in the social and natural world. It is worth noting that technology has changed the way teachers teach whereby they are able to provide efficient ways to teach various learners and analyze their understanding. Many of the public schools in the United States have at least one computer for every five students. Therefore, it becomes evident that technology has grown in the education sector. For the first time in 2016, more standardized test for elementary and middle grades students will be administered through the use of technology rather than the traditional method of pen and paper. The advanced modern technology in learning institutions has simplified the learning process compared to the pre-colonial error by saving more time, producing more creativity and therefore improve the efficiency of learning.
The technology can alter the way of learning by saving more time in multitask learning and remarkably improve the efficiency of learning. The article ‘Alone together’ is written by a society specialist Sherry Turkle who explores our lives on the digital journey. She calls for the robotic moment, and we have individual purposes to rediscover what they are and how our future generations would benefit from them. Social networks such as Face book, Twitter have made the learning process easier because students can get online updates and acquire knowledge that they apply in their academics.
